Job Description

LaSalle Network is actively seeking Member Advisors for one of our clients in the Mount Prospect, IL area! In this position, you will help customers who are calling to cancel/change their membership and any inquiries they may have.

Member Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers who want to cancel their accounts
  • Provide retention rates and special plans to retain them
  • Apply sales skills to retain customers
  • Answer questions regarding services provided
  • Handle data entry and maintain detailed documentation and record keeping
  • Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to management for further investigation
  • Follow up calls to customers to confirm appropriate changes were made

Member Advisor Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or retention-based roles is preferred
  • Prior experience or exposure to credit reports in some related industry
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Office Products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook along with various internet browsers such as Firefox or Google Chrome
  • An outgoing personality; must be comfortable with talking to customers and finding solutions to their needs
  • Be a positive coworker: work well in a team environment, collaborate, bring a positive attitude, be reliable and dependable, willingness to support others and contribute to an overall positive culture
