Job Description
Are you looking for a new career in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking to enhance your experience or get a jump start in an opportunity in revenue cycle? If so, our client, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for a Medical Account Representative.  No experience necessary if you are ready to learn; there is extensive training to help develop your skillset as a Medical Account Representative. This team is looking for someone eager to start a new career July 10th! 

Medical Account Representative Responsibilities:
  • Speak with patients
  • Show empathy, as these are self-pay accounts
  • Assist with questions regarding their bills
  • Make outbound calls and some inbound calls
  • Other duties assigned by management

Medical Account Representative Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service skills
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic level in Microsoft Word
