LaSalle Network is partnered with a globally recognized law firm in downtown Chicago looking to hire a Marketing Assistant.The Marketing Assistant will provide support to the marketing department, undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. The role supports data quality management for the firm’s client relationship/connections database and involves assisting client facing and internal/special events, departmental administrative tasks and attorney business development. The position requires an in-office presence but includes flexibility for some remote work.
This amazing opportunity is great for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience looking to grow their career.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Help with all development plans and initiatives, including maintaining certain systems
- Assist with compiling data from stakeholders and departments
- Assist with all marketing deliverables
- Assist with administrative work and event coordination
Marketing Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; process-oriented and meticulous, paying highest attention to detail
