Job Description
Our client, a global CPG company located in the Chicago loop, is looking for a Manufacturing Planner to help continue their pattern of growth. The Manufacturing Planner will be responsible for improving inventory planning processes and conducting functional analysis for product across the globe.
Manufacturing Planner Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory performance KPIs to identify areas of improvement
- Create and update inventory reports
- Drive process improvements with cross functional teams as well as develop and test new reporting
- Utilize data visualization tools to provide business intelligence for leadership and broader supply chain teams
Manufacturing Planner Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business or other related majors
- 2+ years of experience in analysis and reporting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience utilizing an ERP system
- Strong continuous improvement mindset with an ability to work cross functionally
