Job Description

LaSalle Network is excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing corporation that specializes in storage solutions! My client is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to supervise their representatives and eventually expand the operations of the department. This person will be working with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies including Target, Ford, and John Deere!

Remote Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage upwards to fifteen sales representatives
  • Perform call monitoring and provide data trends to management team
  • Coach and train representatives and hold them accountable to key metrics
  • Monitor and track individual performance and departmental goals, and work to ensure key initiatives are executed
  • Work interdepartmentally to drive strategies forward
  • Implement policies/procedures to streamline workflows

 

Remote Sales Manager Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a call center or sales team
  • Experience scaling a department
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Comfortable being in a start-up environment
