Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-stream HR transformation projects from planning to execution
- Build and implement frameworks around talent, compensation, and org effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align outcomes with strategic goals
- Analyze data to drive business decisions and process improvements
- Support and develop internal team members, providing coaching and direction
Requirements:
- 5+ years in healthcare consulting or complex HR project leadership
- Expertise in HR operations, talent systems, and rewards strategy
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and workforce models
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with some travel
