Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading manufacturer of Aluminum Railing and fencing to hire a Manager, Fulfillment and Manufacturing.

The Manager, Fulfillment and Manufacturing will oversee the efficient and effective operation of this company’s fulfillment and production operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership abilities, strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of warehouse, distribution and production processes. The Manager, Fulfillment and Manufacturing will play a key role in achieving high levels of safety, optimizing the supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Manager, Fulfillment and Manufacturing Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the fulfillment and manufacturing operations
  • Ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage and shipment of goods
  • Lead the team in safety improvement initiatives and drive safety engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, minimize errors and reduce costs
  • Lead the production team to streamline processes, reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Recruit, train and supervise a high-performing team
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity
  • Implement best practices in warehouse and distribution operations
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement ABC analysis and determine optimal inventory storage guidelines
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to transportation, logistics and on time delivery
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments and inventory using root cause corrective actions

Manager, Fulfillment and Manufacturing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution management and production management in roles of increasing responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Extensive experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, 5-why and Ishikawa
  • Demonstrated experience leading fulfillment best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
