Job Description
We have an exciting job opportunity for a Machine Technical Support Specialist located in Coppell, TX. Our client is seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a strong background in technical support.

This is an onsite position with 30% travel. Candidates must be bilingual to be considered.


Machine Technical Support Specialist:
  • Regular work with computers (navigating systems, recording information, using to find information to perform the job)
  • Integrate into all parts of the operation to support the facility in achieving goals and objectives
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, blueprints

Machine Technical Support Specialist Requirements:
  • At least a two-year technical degree in maintenance related area such as Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Maintenance, Robotics or equivalent industrial maintenance experience is required
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical/controls experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment required; food industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate necessary skills competency in both mechanical and electrical
  • Basic PLC skills and ability to learn and interpret ladder logic
  • Understand how automated equipment and its components work
  • Remain proficient with the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial electrical control systems, electromechanical systems, instrumentation, and fluid power
  • Properly use mechanical and electrical tools and diagnostic instruments
  • Understand the operating principles and function of the electrical control and power components and circuits utilized in automated equipment
  • Spanish speaking strongly preferred
