Job Description
LaSalle Network is currently seeking a Logistics Planner for our client, a billion-dollar consumer packaged goods company with a reputation for excellence. As a Logistics Planner, you will play a critical role in coordinating incoming shipment documents, receiving client correspondence and coordinating shipments for client accounts. You will also identify and implement process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Logistics Planner Responsibilities:
- Correspond with clients via phone and email
- Communicate with sales and other internal departments regarding the tracking of shipments
- Resolve client issues and complaints
- Run client invoicing
Logistics Planner Requirements:
- 2 years of recent Export Logistics experience required
- Professional communication and attention to detail
- Experience with problem solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Oracle preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
