Loan Processor Manager Requirements:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally within near prime or subprime lending

- Strong understanding of loan processing operations and a track record of improving efficiency
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and creating a high-performing team
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (in-office initially, with 1-2 remote days)
