Job Description
Lasalle Network is pleased to be partnered with a cutting-edge legal software company that is disrupting industry standards with their innovative platform. They are seeking a Legal Support Manager to oversee and optimize their legal support team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented and metrics-driven individual. 

Legal Support Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our litigation support processes
  • Lead and motivate a team of litigation support professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure high-quality work and achievement of performance targets
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, managing resources and ensuring that the team is equipped to meet client needs efficiently
  • Oversee campaigns related to litigation cases, including welcome calls and interviews, and ensure they align with client expectations and quality standards
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve processes, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on case progress and ensure client satisfaction

Legal Support Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or legal qualifications are a plus
  • Proven experience in litigation support with a track record of meeting KPIs and managing teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal software and case management tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
