Job Description
Our client, one of the top law firms in the world, has a brand-new opening for a Legal Billing Systems Analyst to join their growing revenue department. This person will be a key piece in the department which includes reporting to executive leadership and implementing new billing processes and procedures. This position can sit out of their Chicago or New York offices and will operate on a hybrid schedule.

Legal Billing Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Work with Revenue Leadership to coordinate and lead department initiatives focused on retention and training, recruiting, reporting, technology enablement and practice and client support
  • Partner with billing managers to enhance training, efficiency and further development of billing practices
  • Drive process improvement and transformation efforts within the Revenue department
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering in order to identify, document and analyze business processes and technologies
  • Lead firm driven requests to ensure accuracy on reporting

Legal Billing Systems Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, computer science, information systems or related field
  • 3-5 years of finance experience within a legal or professional services industry
  • Knowledge of internal controls functions as it relates to minimizing risks, ensuring accuracy of records, promoting operational efficiency and adhering to policies and legal requirements
  • Experience with Elite 3E a major plus
