Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading marketing research company in the Schaumburg, IL area. They are looking for someone to join their team as a Junior Project Manager.  Our client prides themselves on their positive, upbeat company culture.

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead point of contact with clients for in-facility, offsite and online market research projects
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure accurate costs and feasibility when creating proposals
  • Responsible for the success of projects assigned as project manager
  • Manage all aspects of the project from bidding through invoicing
  • Create and review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, budget and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of the Call Center

Junior Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Must have stellar communication skills
  • Must be able to perform optimally, in a fast-paced environment while managing many tasks and details
  • Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
  • Positive/contagious personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and confidence to take occasional risks
