Junior HR Representative Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Team to develop HR strategies that align with business goals and foster employee engagement
- Assist the HR Representative with payroll administration and oversee biannual compensation reviews
- Manage LOA administrative tasks and maintain relationships with external vendors
- Support the HR team with employee investigations, contributing to resolution processes
Junior HR Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Proven ability to apply HR expertise and collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Expertise
- Track record of disciplined action and execution in HR roles, with the ability to influence across organizational levels
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
