This role offers the chance to learn and grow within the HR space; it is a rare opportunity where you don’t have to already be an expert in the HR space to be qualified for this position!The Junior HR Generalist will work directly with various business units on their human resources needs, particularly in recruiting, employee relations and benefits, but also with substantial exposure to HR projects as assigned by HR leadership. The Junior HR Generalist will be mentored and trained and will be part of a strong team that develops human resources best practices. The ideal Junior HR Generalist candidate is extremely driven, positive and exemplifies accountability and teamwork.
Junior HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s mission, vision and values in daily activities and the execution of strategic goals
- Manage the recruiting efforts of various department needs (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Support managers with staffing, employee relations, performance management, etc.
Junior HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of human resources exposure
- Excellent analytical skills; intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of business principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills
