IT Manager Responsibilities:

Manage IT operations and lead help desk support for multiple departments and remote sites.

Maintain and monitor network systems, servers, and hardware to ensure maximum uptime.

Partner with leadership to improve infrastructure and implement new tech solutions.

Provide training and guidance to staff, making sure everyone stays connected and confident.

Troubleshoot POS systems and AV equipment for events and day-to-day use.

Drive system improvements and policy updates to keep things secure and efficient.

Support multiple locations and handle rotating on-call coverage when needed.
IT Manager Requirements:

Experience managing IT operations and leading small tech teams or projects.

Solid understanding of networking, cloud systems (Azure, O365), and IT security.

Ability to simplify complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
-
Previous experience with AV support, cloud-based systems, and endpoint management.

Comfortable traveling locally and stepping in on weekends if needed.
