Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Hoffman Estates, IL, is looking for an IT Help Desk Administrator to join their team!

IT Help Desk Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance and support for computer systems, network, software and hardware
  • Reimage and deploy computer systems and software
  • Troubleshoot and install software and hardware
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory efficiently

IT Help Desk Administrator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Help Desk and/or Desktop Technician
  • Preferred certifications: MCSE, MCSA, A+, Network+ or other relevant IT certifications
  • Familiarity with mobility products like Apple iPhone and iPad
  • Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking skills encompassing desktops, mobile devices, servers and networking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
