Job Description

A forward-looking medical company is seeking to hire an IT Coordinator to join their rapidly expanding team. This role entails overseeing installations and updates on the company's devices, including computers, tablets and smartphones. Additionally, this role will provide comprehensive training to personnel in utilizing hardware, software and cloud-based services.

To excel as an IT Coordinator, you must have the technical prowess to efficiently troubleshoot technical concerns for staff.

IT Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Craft the holistic system framework, encompassing hardware, software components, network structure and communication protocols
  • Evaluate and outline system requisites, factoring in stakeholders' and end-users' needs
  • Establish and execute protocols and guidelines for system security, data administration and disaster recovery
  • Collaborate with fellow development team members, including software engineers and database administrators, to ensure the system is designed and executed to impeccable standards
  • Regularly conduct system audits to pinpoint prospects for enhancement and fine-tune system performance
  • Ensure system adherence to pertinent industry benchmarks and regulations like HIPAA or PCI-DSS
  • Implementation of Jenkins, Ansible, Git and Bash scripting
  • Implementation of OpenSource Server solutions
  • Deployment of Network/Software-based Load Balancers
  • Update Server/System backups
  • Manage Microsoft AD/ADC, DHCP, DNS
  • Leverage analytical and reasoning skills to diagnose and rectify server anomalies
  • Enable Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

IT Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer technology or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Coordinator or in a related capacity
  • Expertise in IT tools and concepts, encompassing operating systems and internet protocol suites
  • Sound comprehension of networking and configurations, including LAN/WAN setups
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in NMS configuration
