Job Description
LaSalle Network is currently partnered with a distinguished leader in the industrial equipment manufacturing sector, specializing in metalworking/woodworking equipment and specialty shop tools, based in La Vergne, TN. They are seeking an IT Applications Manager. In this direct hire-based opportunity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT application projects, coordinating with a team of over 20 professionals responsible for day-to-day operational tasks and technical aspects.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, AWS and eCommerce websites, enabling them to support a diverse range of projects. As the IT Applications Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes in line with the vision of the Director of Enterprise Applications.

IT Applications Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead projects involving IT applications, encompassing SAP, Salesforce, AWS and eCommerce websites
  • Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to guarantee the smooth execution of projects, aligning them with business goals
  • Act as the primary liaison for third-party resources, ensuring adherence to SLAs and addressing concerns through appropriate escalation channels
  • Capitalize on your extensive expertise in IT applications to enhance project planning, execution and optimization
  • Offer authoritative insights into technical aspects, collaborating closely with leadership and other 3rd party vendors/teams

IT Applications Manager Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT Applications, with a strong grounding in SAP, Salesforce and/or AWS
  • Possess valuable expertise in supervising initiatives connected to eCommerce websites, offering a distinct competitive edge
  • Showcase a versatile proficiency in steering a variety of IT application projects, highlighting adaptability across multiple domains
  • Present a track record of proven success in leading and executing intricate projects while adhering to defined parameters
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with internal teams and external associates
