LaSalle Network is hiring an Interim Senior Compensation Analyst for a leading global retail organization. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative HR team driving strategic compensation initiatives.

The Interim Senior Compensation Analyst will support the company’s annual merit planning plan, ensure data integrity within Workday, and provide expert guidance on pay structures and compensation best practices.


Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HRIS and Compensation teams to manage and execute the annual merit cycle within Workday
  • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert for compensation functionality and approval processes
  • Develop, refine, and communicate promotion, demotion, and pay guidelines across the business
  • Analyze salary ranges and compensation data to ensure competitiveness and equity
  • Support HR leadership with pay structure management and strategic compensation recommendations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of corporate compensation experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday compensation modules and merit processes
  • Proven success partnering cross-functionally with HRIS and HR teams
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency
  • Experience developing or implementing compensation policies and frameworks
  • Retail industry experience a plus
