We’re looking for a detail-oriented Instructional Designer who thrives on transforming complex information into clear, interactive learning modules that keep learners engaged and informed.
Interim Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze case study content to identify key learning objectives
- Design interactive, scenario-based eLearning modules that foster critical thinking
- Develop engaging content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including quizzes, and knowledge checks
- Enhance learning with visual storytelling, animations, or micro-videos using various tools
- Ensure all modules are accessible, visually appealing, and optimized for LMS delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to refine and finalize content
Interim Instructional Designer Requirements:
- Proven experience developing eLearning content in Storyline 360 (required)
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and project timelines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
