Inside Sales Specialist – Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Inside Sales Specialists to ensure effective order processing and customer support
- Prioritize customer engagement through timely communication via phone and email
- Accurately enter customer orders into the business operating system
- Send order acknowledgments and shipment instructions to warehouses
- Monitor order fulfillment, product availability, and supply chain processes
- Provide customers with tracking details and updates on their orders
- Forecast import and domestic production needs for customer demand
- Assist in preparing and shipping product samples as needed
- Maintain accurate records using inventory management and ERP systems
Inside Sales Specialist – Team Lead Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, sales, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain or purchasing management is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership ability to oversee and lead a team of 3 in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
