Our client, located in the suburbs of Chicago, is looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to promote and service their products. Inside Sales Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone and email inquiries while working with a CRM system
  • Ensure productivity goals and standards are achieved
    • Promote warranty products and upsell featured services
    • Answer product/program inquiries
    • Respond to basic technical issues for clients
    • Order fulfillment and other related paperwork
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Inside Sales Requirements:

  • Experience in medium to large Call Centers, client service Inbound & Outbound call center sales working in call queues
  • Software sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with data entry and account updates
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Possess a strong work ethic with great attention to detail
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task
  • Great phone skills with an engaging personality that fosters building client relationships
  • Ability to successfully hit goals and metrics consistently
