Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers
- Sell the customer on why they should pick this company for their energy provider
- Frequently overcome objections.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements.
- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound sales focused calls.
- Upsell on a continuous basis.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell and upsell
- Experience with aggressive sales goals and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and metric-driven environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to navigate with ease through internet browsers and have a working knowledge of basic computer systems such as word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
