LaSalle Network is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a growing Chicago-based organization within the luxury consumer goods space. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with experience in inside sales, upselling or high-end retail who can deliver a polished, customer-focused sales experience. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
What’s the job?

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to drive product interest and sales

Conduct discovery conversations and recommend premium product bundles

Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers using consultative sales techniques

Build relationships with repeat buyers to increase lifetime value

Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activity

Meet call, revenue and customer satisfaction metrics

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing
What’s needed?

2+ years experience in inside sales, upselling or luxury/high-end retail

Strong communication skills with a polished, customer-first approach

Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment

Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago

Experience using CRM systems preferred

Self-starter with strong follow-through and high energy
