Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring an Inside Sales Representative! Our client is looking for an individual that has strong sales skills, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-growing industry. This organization focuses on manufacturing of custom sheet metal products and is the industry leader in adapting new rooftop units.  

 

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, develop and secure sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and relationship building. Accountable for meeting established profit margins 

  • Oversee customer purchase orders. Enter customer purchase orders into the order management system ensuring all necessary information is provided timely and accurately, review customer purchase orders for completeness, submit customer purchase orders to the design team and communicate estimated completion date to customers 

  • Maintain awareness of all product information in order to communicate effectively with new and existing customers 

  • Provide sales quotes to new and existing customers meeting established quoting lead times and estimating standards 
     

Inside Sales Representative Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical and/or engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience 

  • Three-plus years of sales and/or quoting experience 

  • Experience hand-drawing a concept drawing in 3D 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of the HVAC industry 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and/or diagrams 

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft based software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
