Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a medical device company looking to hire a hungry, driven and motivated individual as an Inside Sales Executive. Our client is based out of the northwest suburbs of Chicago and looking to grow out their sales function in 2023.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle and build out a portfolio of business. You will go through a foundational training program and get to work alongside their VP of Sales and Operations, as well as the owners of the company!

Our client offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Their benefits include PTO and a 401k with match, among many other great perks. They pride themselves on their close-knit company culture.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound leads
  • Understand prospect needs and requirements
  • Close sales deals and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

  • Highly motivated, driven and has a positive attitude
  • Hungry to succeed and close sales deals
