Implementations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, risk management requirements, and technical landscape
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client needs and leverage the SaaS platform's capabilities. This includes defining system configurations, integrations, data mapping, and reporting strategies
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation. This may include hands-on configuration, testing, and training
- Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integrations with other client systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ERP) using APIs and other integration methods
- Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in risk management and RMIS solutions
- Product Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product team regarding platform enhancements and feature requests based on client interactions and market trends
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Implementations Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a solution architect role, preferably within the RMIS or insurance industry
- Deep understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, data integration, and database technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with specific RMIS software is a plus
