Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing company within the entertainment, hospitality, and business services space is looking for an HR Generalist to be the Swiss Army knife of their Human Resources department. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle many tasks at once is a must for this Chicago based company.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for corporate and venue level employees
  • Navigate all employee relations concerns and issues
  • Suggest new and standardize existing policies and procedures to improve the human resources department, as well as the organization
  • Streamline benefits administration and implementation in relation to vendor communication, open enrollment, assisting with any benefits related questions or concerns

HR Generalist Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Must have experience working with hourly employees
  • Must have experience in the hospitality industry or relevant industry
  • Five days a week onsite
