Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead human resources operations at one of the most advanced distribution centers in the country. In this full-time role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives, oversee talent development, manage recruitment for exempt and non-exempt teams, and shape a culture where people thrive.

What’s the job?
- Lead HR strategies that drive engagement, staffing, and development in a distribution center environment
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt employees; support corporate TA with exempt hiring
- Facilitate training programs covering leadership, performance, engagement, and labor relations
- Build and execute workforce planning and talent management strategies, including succession planning
- Partner with leadership to interpret data, identify trends, and drive business-aligned people strategies
- Collaborate with agency partners for temporary staffing needs
- Coach leaders through performance reviews, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend action plans to reduce turnover
What’s needed?
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience supporting large operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
- Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and change management
- Experience with HR data reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including weekends and occasional travel
