LaSalle Network is recruiting for an HR Coordinator who’s eager to grow their HR career in a hands-on, people-first environment. We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization looking to add to their HR Team to support the company’s growth!
This HR Coordinator will support two production facilities, partnering closely with employees and leadership to drive hiring, onboarding, engagement and day-to-day HR operations. If you’re organized, people-focused and excited to learn full-spectrum HR, this HR Coordinator role offers visibility, mentorship and real impact.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for plant-level roles, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding
- Assist with new hire orientation and HRIS setup to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, escalating issues as needed
- Support employee relations documentation and assist managers with performance processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, reports and compliance documentation in Dayforce
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support and HR audits
- Help coordinate engagement initiatives, wellness programs and employee recognition events
- Support internship programs, community outreach and scholarship initiatives
- Partner with the HR Manager and HR Director on projects and continuous improvement efforts
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR support role (open to HR Internship experience)
- Experience with Dayforce or a similar HRIS a plus
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Compensation: $52,000 – $60,000/year (based on experience) + bonus opportunity
