Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented HRIS Analyst to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HRIS functions, with a specific focus on ADP Vantage. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and support of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, providing user training and support, monitoring data integrity and compliance, generating reports for strategic decision-making, collaborating on system upgrades and enhancements, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. 

HRIS Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and support of the HRIS system, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently 

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

  • Develop and deliver training programs for HRIS users to ensure proficiency and utilization of the system's features

  • Provide ongoing support to HRIS users, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

  • Monitor and enforce data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

  • Implement and maintain data quality standards to enhance accuracy and reliability

  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support strategic decision-making by providing key insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and other relevant HR data 

  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to customize reports based on business needs

  • Collaborate with the IT and HR teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements for optimal performance 

  • Stay informed about updates and new features of the ADP Vantage system to leverage its full potential

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HRIS workflows, streamlining procedures to enhance efficiency 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives 

HRIS Analyst Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field 

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on ADP Vantage 

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful reports 

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance

  • Experience in collaborating with IT and HR teams for system upgrades and enhancements
