HR Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding for 10–25 new hires weekly, from background checks to I-9 verification
- Coordinate welcome communications and system setup across various HRIS software and systems
- Maintain accurate employee data across all HR systems
- Partner with hiring managers to align onboarding timelines and ensure first-day readiness
- Process offboarding and terminations with precision and compliance
- Support HR projects, audits, and efficiency initiatives
HR Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR Operations or HR Coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 compliance, and HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in iCIMS, Paylocity, and ServiceNow is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish a plus
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with flexibility to jump in where needed
