Are you a hands-on HR leader who thrives in operations and service delivery? My client is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead a dynamic HR Operations team responsible for HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration across North America.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader for employee services, process improvement, system optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle and help shape the experience for employees and managers alike by driving best-in-class support and self-service functionality.
HR Operations Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the HR Operations team with a focus on excellent employee service delivery

Oversee processes and systems supporting payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, reporting, and HRIS integrations

Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution and communication

Manage day-to-day workflow and prioritize escalations
-
Monitor service KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
-
Provide strategic support and guidance to payroll and benefits team members
-
Work with global HR counterparts; international travel required 2–3 times per year
HR Operations Requirements:

2–5+ years of experience managing an HR operations team

Strong background in payroll oversight and US benefits administration
-
Confident managing executive-level stakeholders
-
Skilled in process optimization, workflow management, and team leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
