LaSalle Network is currently seeking a skilled HR Information Specialist to join our client in the Healthcare Services Industry in Greensboro, North Carolina. HR Information Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance and updates of HRIS software (such as Lawson/Infor) to ensure accurate and efficient data management
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, payroll details, benefits enrollment and performance evaluations
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making processes, such as workforce planning, compensation analysis and compliance reporting
  • Streamline HR processes through automation and standardization, improving efficiency and accuracy in tasks like onboarding, benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Ensure HR practices and data management comply with legal regulations and organizational policies, including data privacy laws and industry standards
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems and manage system upgrades or migrations to enhance functionality and performance

HR Information Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated expertise in Lawson/Infor and HRIS systems
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
