Our client, a dynamic and growing organization in Chicago, is seeking a full-time, in-person HR Generalist to join their team!

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Work across multiple HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance

  • Play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employees feel supported
  • Work alongside an experienced HR team in a company that values teamwork and innovation
  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Handle employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor for managers and employees
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with enrollments
  • Support performance management by coordinating performance reviews and development plans
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and assist with payroll-related inquiries

HR Generalist Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist duties
  • Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and recruiting platforms is a plus!
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and management at all levels
