- Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews
- Assist with payroll tasks, including PTO and timecards, in Paycom
- Handle employee relations matters
- Support employee-related benefits administration
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with Paycom is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
