As the HR Generalist, you will report directly to the HR Director and play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years of HR experience looking to expand their skill set and grow into a leadership position!
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Provide support in employee relations matters such as benefits administration, performance improvement, and onboarding.
Administer and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as training and development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS data.
Manage recruiting tasks as needed including phone screens, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, etc.
HR Generalist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
