Job DescriptionOur client, a leading global nonprofit healthcare organization located in Chicago, is in search of a Remote HR Director. This company is results-driven, highly strategic and committed to excellence.
The Remote HR Director will manage the Human Resources department and partner with teams across the company to manage all aspects of HR, including employee relations and performance. The ideal candidate is hungry, driven and ready to hit the ground running.
Remote HR Director Responsibilities:
- Build out and implement HR functions
- Identify gaps or areas of improvement
- Responsible for hosting mandatory trainings
- Process payroll
- Ensure the company is in compliance
Remote HR Director Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or Manager
- Must have people management experience
- Must have experience in all aspects of HR: employee relations, performance management, benefits, recruiting, talent development, etc.
- Proficient with HRIS, Paylocity preferred
- Payroll experience
