Job Description

Our client, a production and distribution company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their HR team. The organization is looking for an individual that wants to grow. This role will work with the engineering and product management teams as well as supporting the company’s employees with onboarding, development, benefits, and compensation.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Help drive strategic objectives through talent strategies
  • Sustaining employee relations and resolving conflicts
  • Working with the engineering and product management teams
  • Partnering with 2 plants and overseeing individuals in Singapore
  • Supporting employees and department heads with onboarding, professional development, benefits, and compensation
  • Assisting with immigration by partnering with an attorney


HR Business Partner Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR (3+ as a HR Business Partner)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable with heavy analytics (basic formulas and trends)
  • Experience is a professional service setting
  • Has worked with salaried employees
