Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted HR advisor, guiding leaders and employees on policies, benefits, compensation, and talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) while proactively addressing HR challenges
- Take the lead on labor relations, including grievance resolution and contract interpretation
- Coach and develop leadership on performance management and organizational effectiveness strategies
- Design and execute innovative staffing strategies to attract top talent at all levels
- Drive initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Manage multiple HR projects with agility and minimal supervision
- Use data-driven insights to shape HR strategies and make meaningful business impacts
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a unionized environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus!
- Strong communication and influencing skills—ability to engage and present at all levels
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bradenton, FL
- Onsite role—five days a week, with occasional remote flexibility as business needs allow
