Hospice Clinical Manager – South Territory

Clinical Manager – RN Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing and CNA staff performance

• Mentor and train team members through on-the-job coaching

• Lead bi-weekly meetings that foster connection and alignment

• Review clinical notes for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness

• Support staff hiring, orientation, and growth conversations

• Jump in with patient visits when the team needs backup

• Resolve concerns in collaboration with our quality team

• Complete thorough patient chart audits after discharge

• Refresh and refine care policies as part of the leadership team

• Join the weekend on-call rotation as needed

Clinical Manager – RN Requirements:

• RN license in good standing

• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role

• Experience in hospice, oncology, or related settings preferred

• Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• Highly organized, confident, and people-first mindset

• Comfortable coaching experienced nurses
