LaSalle Network is partnering with a client, a unique healthcare supply chain company, who is actively hiring a Help Desk Technician. They are looking to build their help desk team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Help Desk experience.
Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:
Providing help desk support and support the warehouse assistant
Solve hardware, software, networking and phone system problems before escalation
Provide a high level of service to end users requesting support or reporting trouble tickets
Troubleshoot technical issues and handle ticketing through Connectwise
Responsible for all technology related issues that employees might have including internal business applications, e-mail, printers, phone systems as well as network and systems troubleshooting
