Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a progressive MSP company that is seeking a well-rounded level 1-2 Help Desk Support professionals in the Elgin area. Important attributes include a willingness to learn, growth in their IT career, and strong communication skills. You must possess 2-4 years of Help Desk Support experience, and working for an MSP prior or presently is a huge plus! 


The Help Desk Support position offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and some remote flexibility.  


Help Desk Support Responsibilities:  

  • Work within their ticketing system, answering calls and responding to alerts 

  • Assist more than one client at a time 

  • Use automation tools 

  • Work within Active Directory, resetting passwords etc. 


Help Desk Support Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience working within the Help Desk space 

  • Open to 30% travel - it will be required to travel to clients for support from time to time 

  • RMM experience 

  • Knowledgeable within Office 365 

  • Strong work ethic
