Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client, a globally recognized, award-winning technology partner, to grow their help desk team in Rockville, Maryland.

Help Desk Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to internal customers by providing resolutions to technical issues and inquiries
  • Answer and respond to help desk calls and emails
  • Escalate requests, monitor resolutions and provide first and second level computer hardware, software and telecommunications support to users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Handle network connectivity issues

Help Desk Support Specialist Requirements:
  • Educational degree/certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of help desk experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Mac and Windows environment experience
  • Experience with help desk ticketing system
  • Knowledge in Office365 Exchange Online administration
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS Operation Systems
