LaSalle Network has partnered with a client to hire a Help Desk Administrator. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and help out the team from day one!
Help Desk Administrator Responsibilities:
- Desktop/help desk support
- Password resets
- Software troubleshooting
- Hardware support
- Solve 20-40 tickets/day
Help Desk Administrator Requirements:
- 3-5 years of help desk experience
- Able to hit the ground running
- Experience working with computer/mobile hardware and software
- SAP experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
