Head of Technology Responsibilities:
- Own and execute enterprise-wide IT vision, from infrastructure to innovation
- Lead high-impact FinTech projects, from design to deployment, in compliance-heavy environments
- Oversee performance and reliability of multi-platform systems including backups, tuning, and DR planning
- Prioritize user experience and data security across cloud-based and SaaS tools
- Establish and manage SLAs, risk protocols, and best practices
- Mentor and manage a distributed team of IT professionals
- Collaborate across business units to align tech strategy with organizational goals
- Maintain documentation that supports audit, regulatory, and legal standards
- 10+ years of leadership in financial services IT, especially with SaaS and cloud platforms
- Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, customization, and integrations
- Demonstrated background in wealth management systems and workflows
- Expertise in platforms like Azure, SQL, and FinTech-specific tools (e.g., Tamarac, Redtail)
- Strong project leadership and vendor negotiation experience
- Proven track record of driving innovation while managing risk and compliance
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Passion for leadership, collaboration, and client-first solutions
