We’re seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to play a key role in shaping and driving business growth. This Head of Revenue will oversee the entire Sales organization, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence while fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managed services, cloud solutions, and outsourcing, with a track record of scaling organizations and delivering strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.

Head of Revenue Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute revenue strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values
  • Oversee and manage the Sales organization, including direct sales (new logo, enterprise, SLED, etc.), inside sales, solution architecture, and sales operations
  • Cultivate and grow a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team of revenue leaders and professionals
  • Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and customer focus across the revenue organization
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention by leveraging the company’s managed services, cloud solutions, proprietary products, and consulting services
  • Build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with large enterprise customers, positioning the company as a trusted advisor
  • Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Ensure operational efficiency within the Client Engagement organization, including accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the executive team, board, private equity owners, operations and delivery teams, product and consulting teams, analysts, and media
  • Represent the company as a thought leader and spokesperson in the industry and broader community

Head of Revenue Requirements:
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in managed services, cloud services, or outsourcing, managing organizations of at least 150 employees and $1.5BN in revenue
  • 5+ years of experience in P&L management, with a deep understanding of industry-specific business levers, dependencies, drivers, and costs
  • Proven track record of growing and transforming revenue organizations from $750M to $3B, focusing on multi-year contracts and recurring revenue streams
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style that fosters team performance and cross-functional success
  • Expertise in managing large enterprise customers, building strategic partnerships, and driving high customer satisfaction
  • Data-driven and strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market shifts and competitive dynamics
  • Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial approach, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while being solution-oriented and overcoming obstacles
  • Mastery of sales strategies, techniques, and processes for optimal execution
  • World-class communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, inspire teams, and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and culture-building skills, balancing accountability with team spirit while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Exceptional business acumen, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
