Our client is seeking a Head of Operations to design and scale out their client servicing departments to become a world-class contact center. Our client's customer first approach has positioned them to be a step ahead their competitors. 

Head of Operations Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a contact center with inbound and outbound capabilities
  • Develop and apply performance metrics that will enable the organization to scale efficiently in a remote environment
  • Design and implement long-term structure for project support, data entry and reporting teams
  • Mailroom management

Head of Operations Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from credible university preferred
  • 10+ years of management experience in call center environment
  • Previous experience hiring/scaling out teams
