Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a startup CPG-focused agency to hire an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join the team. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role will also involve managing influencer marketing campaigns to enhance our brand’s reach and credibility.

Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media, social and digital campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  • Test, monitor and measure campaign performance metrics across marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure campaign spend is on budget and optimized efficiently; able to pivot quickly in response to rapidly changing priorities
  • Research and implement content recommendations for SEO success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
  • Manage influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and recruiting influencers, negotiating contracts and overseeing campaign execution
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive authentic engagement and advocacy for our products
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Growth Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in the CPG or consumer goods space (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing and paid advertising
  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships and tracking performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, analytics platforms and influencer marketing platforms
